Opportunity:
Develop program to increase community brand equity, positive patient relationships and outside referrals for pediatric dentistry practice.
Initiative:
Introduced children’s “fun club” concept to engage pediatric patient base and prospects through events, “kits for kids” cause marketing and dental discounts. Deliverables included fun club membership kit, in-practice signage, website and patient communications.
Results:
Program successfully engaged patient base and prospects, helping to establish “Scrippy” as a neighborhood icon. Kit matching program has supplied several thousand oral health kits to less fortunate children in San Diego and beyond.
